 Guide pastor/leadership team through identifying barriers to growth and developing a strategic plan and goals for breaking through those barriers
  Coach the pastor/team leader through the process of implementing the strategic plan
  Guide the pastor/leadership team in a follow-up reevaluation of the effectiveness of the plan

 Guide pastor/leadership team in evaluating the current cell program, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing a written plan for healthy and effective small group systems
  Coach pastor/small group leader through the process of implementing a small group program
 
   
 Guide the church in establishing a strategy for sending out a church plant
  Assess potential church planters and provide a written evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses
Provide basic training for the church planter and church planting team
  Guide the church planter/team in developing a strategic written plan for the plant
  Coach the church planter through the first year of the plant
 
 A focused life – coach the pastor, pastoral team, and church through ascertaining God’s purpose for their life, including writing a personal ministry and purpose statement.
